As part of the application process, we do need to check references and identity of all potential tenants to ensure that they are suitable for the property.
Therefore to process the application as quickly as possible, we do need receive a correctly completed application form from each tenant aged 18 or over who will be living in the home.
How soon does the application form have to be returned?
- We usually request that the application forms are returned to us within 5 days of reserving the property.
Can I move into a property without submitting an application form?
- No, we do have to ensure all potential tenants are referenced before entering into a tenancy agreement.
What other information do we need?
- As well as the completed application form, we also need photo-copies of the following documents:
