We currently have the following vacancy at our Southampton head office, based in Ocean Village:
If your an existing Letting's Negotiator or looking to progress your career in Lettings then this is an excellent opportunity to make your mark with in a dynamic organisation and offers longer term prospects for the right individual and a fast track into branch management.
The role is split 50% office based and 50% of the time conducting viewings with potential tenants. The core duties will include;
- Dealing with, and following up, applicant enquiries
- Being the first point of contact for potential tenants
- Supporting the Property Management department
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Progression of Tenancy Applications
- Updating property details
- General Administration
Our standard working week is Monday - Friday with a Saturday rota.
In return, we offer a competitive salary package with an open ended commission structure to generate a realistic OTE circa £22k; company car and longer term development prospects within the company.
We also value staff development and training and encourage sponsorship of external qualifications such as ARLA
