Routine Inspections...

As part of our Fully Managed Service, we do ensure that we carry out routine property visits. It is generally accepted industry best practice to routinely visit at least every 3-4 months, to satisfy that:

  • The property is being tenanted in the appropriate manner;
  • Any routine maintenance issues or larger projects (e.g. kitchen or bathroom replacement) that may be the landlord responsibility are identified;

After each visit we will generate a full report with notes and photographs if appropriate and send to the Landlord.

It should be noted that such visits are of a limited scope, of a generally superficial nature and are neither an inventory check nor a survey.

If a Landlord wishes to inspect the property themselves or accompany us on a property visit, then of course this is more than acceptable, but we do have to give tenants the appropriate notice.
