We do have a very good, hands on knowledge of the Southampton rental market and have several hundred properties on our books that we manage and tenant find for a growing number of Southampton Landlords and property investors.

We recognise that in today's market place, having a very good web presence is essential to finding suitable tenants. We therefore advertise all our properties on over 20 of the main UK property search engines (including the likes of Rightmove and Property Finder) and invest heavily into ensuring we have a very good web presence to attract a wider selection of potential tenants. Probably one of our best form of advertising is our reputation with current and past tenants and we usually have a large database of qualified tenants who are looking for their new home.

Tenant Find Service
This is a basic tenant find service whereby we will:
* Advise on local market rents for your property
* Advise on Landlord's legal requirements before renting a property and
  ensure all certificates are up to date
* Advertise your property on all the main property search engines
* Arrange accompanied viewing's on your property
* Credit & ID check all potential tenants
* Prepare the tenancy agreement
* Tenant move-in and meter readings
* Collect the first months rent and security deposit
  
Fully Managed
This is a 24/7 service whereby we will manage your property and will deal with
all the day to day management of your property. The service includes all of the
features of the Tenant Find Service, but also includes:
* Notification of new tenant details to the local authorities & utility
  companies
* 24/7 management of the property
* Arranging authorised property repairs & maintenance
* Arranging Gas safety certificates & any other legal requirements
* Arranging for the deposit to be secured in an approved deposit scheme.
