Our qualified maintanance team are also available for all projects large and small, whether its something simply such as putting flat pack furniture together, fitting carpet, repair of white goods or to the extreme of repairing structural damage or re-roofing houses.
We do understand the need to ensure repairs are done quickly and at the minimum disturbance to the tenants and you can be assured that all the local trades people we use are reliable, good and cost effective.
We are also able to offer carpet and upholstery cleaning for both Landlords and Tenants, or if you'd rather do this yourself, we are able to hire carpet cleaning machines at competetive daily rates.
