Our 2013 Southampton Student Accommodation student list will be published from the middle of December, which will include a wide selection of student houses available near both the Southampton University in Highfield and the Solent University in the City Centre. Our selection of student houses range from 2 bedroom to 9 bedroom properties. If you are looking for a flat or apartment in Southampton , please visit our Flats to Rent in Southampton search pages - however typically flats are not available so far in advance and you are advised to start your flat search no more than 6/8 weeks prior to the date you wish to move in to the property.

We also appreciate that as a student, this may well be the first time you are renting property, so we are happy to offer lots of advice and support to make the whole process as smooth as possible.

We are very selective with the student houses that we offer and as a Southampton Letting Agency, we ensure that all properties comply with the current safety standards and legislation. We also ensure that the Landlord secures all deposits in an approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme and complies with current safety legislation.

Whilst student house's are advertised well in advance of the start of the 2013 / 2014 academic year, this is not the same for flats and apartments. We do not normally have flats available until 6/8 weeks before the availability date - therefore if you are looking for a flat for the 2013 / 2014 academic year, you are advised to start looking from May 2013 onwards - however in the meantime, please feel free to register your details below.
